The separate control box could be heard running when it was plugged in to the same outlet. However, the power light never turned on.

This includes strapping it to a skid and wrapping with stretch wrap as well as cardboard and bubble wrap if it needs it.

This device is in good cosmetic condition with few signs of wear use. The spectrometer turned on and appeared to sound normal in its function.
