Item specifications: model: TCX15A serial: the powers on without problems. I was able to get hold function as well a few of the other buttons.

I tried many different times to get the unit heat up or cool down, but wan't able. After testing, I am not sure if the unit is broken or simply don't know how to operate it. This item is guaranteed to arrive as described and pictured in the listing.

I tried using the alt key to activate several of options, but nothing happened most time.

I don't know if there is something wrong with the unit or just how to operate it correctly. Most of the buttons are working, but several seem to be unresponsive when pressed.

The built in display is good condition with a clear readout as well. There are a couple scratches and scuff marks on the casing, but it is otherwise undamaged.
