I tried many different times to get the unit heat up or cool down, but wan't able. After testing, I am not sure if the unit is broken or simply don't know how to operate it. This item is guaranteed to arrive as described and pictured in the listing.
I tried using the alt key to activate several of options, but nothing happened most time.
I don't know if there is something wrong with the unit or just how to operate it correctly. Most of the buttons are working, but several seem to be unresponsive when pressed.
