We tried again, however it keeps coming up with printer not ready. We powered it on and everything seemed to load up like it should. Serial number this item is guaranteed to arrive as described and pictured in the listing.

We tried to print out a test sheet and it started to print and stopped after one line of text. This includes strapping it to a skid and wrapping with stretch wrap as well as cardboard and bubble wrap if it needs it.
