Two fluid paths are used in the liquichip fluids controlled by sd instrument which allows user to run samples continuously without having refill sheath bottles.

The Luminex liquichip uses map bead technology to perform a variety of lab tests measuring bio molecular reactions on surface micro spheres. A single 20l sheath container provides enough fluid for 48 hours or more of normal operation.
